Nicola grew up in Italy, and then went to Westminster School in London. After reading English at the University of York, Nicola was awarded an MA and a PhD from universities in the USA, where she then worked for several years as a university professor, before training as a life/executive coach and setting up La Vita Nuova in 1999.
