It’s a great fantasy story and one with lots of cinematic elements but unfortunately, it’s not something we would do here at Nick. Our priority is comedy first. The Spirit Hunters tone is much more serious and rooted in the spirit of adventure (which I loved). It was a satisfying read and we wish you all the best with it.

We have read and reviewed, and this is undoubtedly exciting! But for us, this would be very big and expensive with a Norwegian drama production in mind. It’s no secret that it’s both risky and expensive to produce drama in Norway. And when scenes are set in Berlin and NY in addition, this will lead to a costly production difficult to execute on Norwegian budgets.
