THE DAY MY BRAIN EXPLODED: A TRUE STORY

At age 25, Ashok Rajamani suffered a near-fatal brain aneurysm that caused him to have to relearn everything: how to eat, how to walk and speak, even something as basic as his sexual orientation. Writing with edgy humor and great insight, he describes the events of that day—the hemorrhage happened just before his brother’s wedding—as well as the long, difficult recovery period. In the process, he introduces readers to his loving family—his principal support group and a constant source of frustration and amazement. Irreverent, engrossing, at times wickedly funny, The Day My Brain Exploded brings the reader inside Rajamani’s head as he shares the story of the second chance he’s been given.

Chinese Summary/

(EVA)
