Awards/获奖情况：I must admit, when I was reading this book, I was second guessing the author’s methods. It seemed a little harsh (we were focusing on the chapters about kids who are 3 and older). However, we were at a point where we had no idea what to do. We were very frustrated with potty training, so why not try his methods? Couldn’t hurt. This is probably the best potty training advice I’ve ever gotten. You’ve got to read this book if you have a 3 year old who is not fully trained. We did what he said and took away ALL diapers/pull-ups/wipes/etc. and we had a potty trained child in a matter of a few days. It only took a few more days to get him to poop in the potty as well. A couple weeks later, he began staying consistently dry throughout the night. I highly recommend this book. I can’t make any comments about what he says to do for training the 18 mo - 2 year olds because our son was 3.4 when we started this method, but for those parents who are frustrated and have kids who are old enough and know what a potty is for but refuses to go, this is your answer.
