About the Author/作者介绍： 苏珊•弗莱彻1979年生于伯明翰，曾参加过东安格利亚大学创意写作课程，现居苏格兰。 她的第一部小树《绿色除夕》赢得了2004年惠特布雷德第一小说奖、贝蒂•特莱斯克奖、作家协会最佳小说奖和理查德-朱迪夏日阅读2005年度奖。第二部小说《蛎鹬》也得到了出版社的极大好评。Susan Fletcher was born in 1979 in Birmingham. She graduated from the UEA Creative Writing Course and now lives in Scotland.
Her first novel Eve Green won the 2004 Whitbread First Novel Award, the Betty Trask Prize, the Author’s Club Best First Novel Award and the Richard and Judy Summer Read in 2005. Her second novel, Oystercatchers (Fourth Estate 2007) was published to great critical acclaim.
