About the Author/作者介绍： Sam Byers，1979年生於英國東北部的Durham。畢業於英國East Anglia大學的文學創作系。從在英國文學期刊Granta中出版小說作品Tank, and Blank Pages。IDIOPATHY是他第一本小說。
Sam Byers was born in Durham in 1979. A graduate of the MA in Creative Writing in the University of East Anglia, he has published fiction in Granta, Tank, and Blank Pages and reviews regularly for the TLS. IDIOPATHY is his first novel.
