About the Author/作者介绍： 恰克.胡戴尔（Chuck Hodell）是马里兰大学巴尔的摩郡分校UMBC教学系统设计（Instructional Systems Development）“大师”项目的第二负责人。

他还曾担任马里兰Silver Spring国家劳动大学（National Labor College）的副教务长，并且已经美国培训与发展协会（ASTD）出版了众多有关教学设计的论文。

恰克从UMBC取得了LLC博士学学位，后从该校获得教学设计硕士学位。作者本科就读于Antioch大学。这本传记由作者本人以及项目代表共同撰写。

Chuck Hodell is associate director of the Master’s program in Instructional Systems Development at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC).

He is also past deputy provost of the National Labor College in Silver Spring, Maryland. He has published numerous articles on instructional design for ASTD.

He has a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy, and Culture (LLC) from UMBC, where he also received his Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Development.

His undergraduate degree is from Antioch University.
