Awards/获奖情况：What was most refreshing was this is the first known resource directly focused on the issues encountered when developing Technical (non-Information Tech) Training. The book clearly identified the obstacles associated with developing any training but also identifies those problem areas that are specific to specialized industry training. The book is geared towards non-technical developers, but as an SME myself, I also found helpful information. Besides understanding more of what my non-technical developers were going through (and what they expected of me!), I was able to learn about ways to organize a class and suggestions for how to incorporate interactivity into technical subjects.
