About the Author/作者介绍： 艾莉森•摩尔1971年生于曼彻斯特，目前与丈夫丹和儿子亚瑟住在诺丁汉附件的乡村。她是诺丁汉作家工作室的成员，还是诺丁汉大学英语学院的荣誉讲师。

Alison Moore lives in a village near Nottingham with her husband Dan and son Arthur. She is a member of Nottingham Writers’ Studio and an honorary lecturer in the School of English at Nottingham University. THE LIGHTHOUSE is her first novel and was awarded the 2013 McKitterick Prize, as well as being shortlisted for the 2012 Man Booker Prize and the Best New Writer award at the Specsavers National Book Awards.
