About the Author/作者介绍： 加里•凡•哈斯是一名雅典与希腊大学的古典文学教授，过去的25年里他一直寓居希腊，游历了全世界最迷人的旅游圣地，研究当地最本土的文化，风俗，神话以及考古遗址。作者现为一名小说家，并担任《国际哈罗德报》《雅典时报》《奥德赛》及《旅行志》的专题作家及旅游作家。加里最近的其他几部小说有：《菊冠》《拉丁区》以及《恶魔的银行家惊悚系列作品》。Gary Van Haas is a Professor of Classical Literat ureatthe University of Athens, Greece who has spent the last twenty-five years living in Greece, touring the world’s most intriguing travel destinations, researching their indigenous cultures, customs, mythology and archaeological sites. He currently works as a novelist and has been both a feature and travel writer for the International Herald Tribune, Athens News, Odyssey and Travel Magazine. Gary has recently completed several other books entitled, The Chrysanthemum Throne, Latin Quarter and The Devil’s Banker thriller.
