About the Author/作者介绍： 索菲•汉娜英国知名诗人。自大学时代就开始创作诗歌，在美国三一学院和英国剑桥大学的创造艺术学院攻读深造，随后转到剑桥沃弗森学院和牛津大学当研究生，经常在国内外的现场朗诵自己的诗歌作品，作品曾获 2007年 TS Eliot Award 的决选提名。自2006年起，她开始写小说，文采惊人，让她挤身畅销惊悚小说家之林。她的两部小说《被偷走的女儿》和《伤害的距离》（Hurting Distance）入选多项图书奖项，包括荣获柴克斯顿年度老牌诡异犯罪小说奖，和国际都柏林文学奖的决选小说。
