Toby Wilkinson is a Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge. He is an internationally respected Egyptologist and a contributor to major reference works including THE OXFORD ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF ANCIENT EGYPT and BLACKWELL’S COMPANION TO EGYPT. He has also written the critically acclaimed DICTIONARY OF ANCIENT EGYPT and is currently editing the forthcoming encyclopaedia THE EGYPTIAN WORLD.
