I am a vegetarian and have been for a number of years, so this diet regime appealed to me. It is easy to follow and I find I am actually eating more as I do not miss any meals on this diet. It is easy to miss out dairy products on dairy free days as the menus are very varied. I have been on this diet for 2 weeks so far and have lost 5 pounds. Stomach is definitely flatter and I feel so much healthier. I have also cut down on alcohol consumption and I do not feel the urge to over indulge even on the feast day. I do believe that being a vegetarian has made this diet easier for me, but I would recommend it. The book is a bit repetitive, but as I bought my copy for my Kindle Fire, I have copied out the most useful recipes and now use my notebook. Possibly it would be best to buy as a book rather than an e-book but I have the book on my Kindle to dip into if I have any queries.
