It is difficult to put Dresseur de fantômes into a single genre. We get taken up in this breakneck adventure versus a mysterious assassin. It is of course a quest for revenge, but there is constantly a leitmotif of love. A beautiful, heart-warming book.

The world described by Camille Brissot is rich in depth. Definitely one of the strong points of this novel is the mosaic atmosphere created from a multitude of elements drawn from left and right : a little of Robert Louis Stevenson’s Treasure Island ; a circus troupe travelling in flying machines; a trip to the New World. About the Author/作者介绍： CAMILLE BRISSOT 于1988年10月5日出生于罗芒，在德龙的葡萄园和果园长大。当她的第一部小说《Mantefaule的子女》出版时，她还是一名学生。取得学士学位后，她去了里昂的政治学习学院，在那里除了主要课程，她还选修了一门亚洲文化。Camille现居巴黎，从事广告业。

--‐, Camille Brissot grew up in the Drome, among the vineyards and orchards.
In print for the first time after a short storycompetition, she was still at school when her first novel was published,Les heritiers de Mantefaule (The Inheritors of Mantefaule). After her baccalaureate, she went to The Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Lyon, where in addition to her main Studies she enrolled on a course in Asian civilisations.
Camille currently lives in Paris and works in advertising.
