About the Author/作者介绍： 克里斯汀•里奇(Christine Leech)自幼时便一直热衷于手工，有着为众多女性杂志设计艺术指导十五年的经验，近年她是著名的《嘉人》杂志的创意总监。当不创作工艺书籍时，克里斯汀会把精力投入到杂志工作和自己的博客工艺创作中去。
Christine Leech gained an Illustration Degree at Bath College of Art after which she
spent three years working as the Art Director at Absolute Press. She then moved to
magazine publishing to work on titles including New Woman, FHM, Marie Claire,
Look and Fabulous, before going on to art direct ASOS and Next magazines and to launch
a quarterly magazine for Hobbycraft. Christine was the art director, co-author and
designer for the highly successful books Everything Alice and Everything Oz and when
she is not busy crafting or designing, you can find Christine blogging at sewyeah.co.uk.
