Love this book! It provides short, clear, and to-the-point advice about how to plan and execute any type of technology change. I appreciated the perspective of seeing my current system implementation project through a "change management" lens. I mean, if your people aren’t on board, how do you expect the change to be successful in the long-term? Easy to follow and a quick read. I’ve already given it to several folks at work who need to know this stuff!
