Kecia Ray began her career as an elementary school teacher after graduating from Memphis State University. Currently, she works for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools in the Office of Policy and Planning. She is the Vice President of ISTE SigTEL and Chair of the NECC Distance Education Committee. Ray was recently appointed as a public member Commissioner on the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education and serves as chair of the Distance Learning Committee.
Jan Zanetis was a K-12 educator for more than 20 years. She then served as the Director of the Vanderbilt University Virtual School. In 2005, she became the Market Manager for Education at TANDBERG, the world leader in videoconferencing solutions. An active ISTE member, Zanetis currently serves as the President of SIG-IVC. She is also active on committees within CoSN, Internet2, and the Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC), and has most recently joined the board of directors of the USDLA.
