Mr Hall has obviously seen successes in his previous endeavors as a CIO. He has mastered the necessary qualities as a great leader. I like how he never disregards anyone’s contribution to the success of an organization and believes that everyone’s input has value, and uses it to show how one can learn from anyone’s leadership style, and can combine both extremes in leadership to help the future technology leader deal with their issues.
