About the Author/作者介绍： Naomi J. Williams出生在日本，直到6岁才学会英语。她的短篇小说刊载在多本期刊中。她在2009年荣获了Pushcart奖。现在她和家人居住在加州北部。《登陆》是她出版的第一部作品。

Naomi J. Williams was born in Japan and spoke no English until she was nearly six years old. Her short stories have appeared in journals such as A Public Space, One Story, American Short Stories, the Southern Review, and the Gettysburg Review. In 2009, she received a Pushcart Prize. She lives in northern California with her family. Landfalls is her first book.
