Jeroen van der Spek is a travel journalist who knows Holland better than anyone. He has written books about Holland, Amsterdam and Flanders. He also worked for many years for Holland Horizon, a magazine produced by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Lias previously published Winter!, his book portraying Dutch winters from the Middle Ages to the present day.
