Steven Sacks is a relationship coach and author who speaks on the topic of dating and relationships, with a particular focus on mate selection. His book, The Mate Map: The Right Tool for Choosing the Right Mate (Banner, 2002), offers a dynamic technique that is emerging as the new standard way to select a mate. The Mate Map is for single women and men, ages 18-49, who are looking for the person of their dreams, getting over a relationship that has ended, or deciding if the person they’re with is "the one." In the United States alone, there are more than 53 million people who fit this description. Steven Sacks was born in New York City and grew up in Rockland County in New York. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Masters of Business Administration from Fordham University. In addition to his television appearances, Steven Sacks has been a guest on dozens of radios shows across the country. He’s also been featured in such publications as In Touch Weekly, Seventeen, New York Post, Houston Chronicle, The Independent (UK), and Chicago Tribune.
