About the Author/作者介绍： 讓-弗朗索瓦．布夏德Jean-François Bouchard
貨幣銀行經濟專家，2008年金融海嘯爆發初期，他是法國中央銀行高階行員，在那之前，他曾任職於歐盟委員會。

Jean-Frankcois Bouchard is specialized in monetary and banking economics. At the beginning of the financial crisis of 2008, he was working as a High-level employee for the Bank of France. Prior to that, he worked for the European Comission.
