Awards/获奖情况：I got this for my daughter who was having a very unsettled first year at school. It has helped to calm her down. She likes to read it at anytime, even in the bath. She took it to school and her teacher got a copy of it too. I think the book combined with one of the CD’s is probably best to start with. There is also a DVD with some of the meditations from this book.

Marneta Viegas has run her own children’s entertainment business for 10 years, and is co-founder of the BlueTree Theater Company. BlueTree’s shows are based on self esteem and values for schools and are in huge demand. She has appeared at venues ranging from Buckingham Palace to working with street children in India. She also runs a business ’Relax Kids’ that teaches children relaxation and meditation. She lives in London, England, and has also published Relax Kids; Aladdin’s Magic Carpet.
