干預主義哲學家、時事評論家、顧問及德國科隆大學兼職講師。他是課徵金融交易稅以協助公民組織(ATTAC)學術諮詢委員之一，也是商業犯罪控制會(BCC)委員。

Werner Rügemer (Dr. phil.), interventionistischer Philosoph, ist Publizist, Berater und Lehrbeauftragter an der Universität zu Köln. Er ist Mitglied im wissenschaftlichen Beirat von attac und bei Business Crime Control. Bei transcript ist von ihm u.a. erschienen: ’Heuschrecken’ im öffentlichen Raum (2.
