Awards/获奖情况： have been reading this book through christmas and it has been a quite revealing experience. The author suggests an integrated view of sex, as a fusion of body, mind and soul. This holds for all kinds of sexual relationships regardless of the duration, e.g. from 1 night stands to sex in a loving relationship. The author also advocates that even in the most ephemeral sexual relations, both partners should be at least enthusiastic and/or respectful of each other, otherwise there is no point in having sex, since this will affect the integrity of both partners. This is so true.

As regards the seven secrets -eyes, fantasy, touch, smell, sound, intuition and soul- the author does not give groundbreaking advice, since a lot of books have been written for each and all of the aforementioned. However, the thing that impressed me is the way the author brings these factors together and connects them with the personal journey each of us makes during his/her life. In essence the author views sex as an expression of the self which both affects and is affected by the body, mind and soul and is inseparable from the journey towards self knowledge, acceptance and integration. To me, this is more than a book on sexual techniques. It puts sex on a greater perspective of self integration.
